Study: De novo RNA-Seq analytisis of plasmodia and sclerotia from Physarum polycephalum.
show Abstracthide Abstract
RNAs were extracted from sample cells from plasmodia and sclerotia of Physarum polycephalum. RNAs were fragmented and converted to cDNA by reverse transcription. DNA Fragments were converted into the library by ligation to sequencing adapters using the Illumina TruSeq DNA Sample Prep Kit (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA). Libraries were sequenced with HiSeq X Ten (Illumina) sequencer by BGI Japan (Kobe, Japan). Sequencing reads of 286,392,224 and 309,214,284 were obtained from plasmodia and sclerotia, respectively.
